 Upward
Basketball® is a basketball league for boys and girls in 1st
through 6th grade.
Upward was founded on Colossians 3:17:
"Whatsoever you do, whether
in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving
thanks to God the Father through Him."
Upward™ seeks to teach the fundamentals of basketball
and provide each child an equal opportunity to improve his or her
basketball skills, while enjoying every aspect of the game. But,
our main purpose is to share the love of Jesus Christ with each
child and others involved in Upward Basketball®.
 The
primary focus of Upward is to develop the Winner in EVERY child,
not just a few. By keeping this goal in mind, we are able to build
a league that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in
all who participate.
